  Kay’s in Carolina Pottery Smithfield, NC-Very rude no welcome to Kay’s or anything when we walked in which was fine. However, it was 5 minutes before anyone finally recognized we were there. They acted like they had better things to do. Then when we finally did get someone to help the lady was rude and insulted me and my mom asking do you want to know about diamonds or you just want something sparkly? I mean what kind of question is that everybody wants the sparkle. There were more smart comments that I could go on so I’ll spare you. Needless to say I will not be buying anything thing from Kay’s. Compared to Zales there is no comparison to the quality or customer service.
